“We stand in the land of beginning again.” — Boyd K. Packer, 1976 Flood 50 is an opportunity to remember the lives forever changed by the Teton Dam Flood — and the resilience that followed. Throughout the week, our community will reflect through documentary screenings, historical exhibits, walking tours, survivor stories, and opportunities to learn more about the events of June 1976. REMEMBER events include: • Daily showings of Flood of Memories at the Romance Theatre • Historic walking tours through Rexburg, Sugar City, and BYU-Idaho • The Flood 50 Exhibit opening at Rexburg City Hall • Survivor stories and community recollections • Historical displays and commemorative resources throughout the week Help us “flood the feeds” as we remember together. Flood 50 begins next Monday, June 1. Remember | Connect | Serve
