Purpose

This  application is for mobile home, duplex conversion or demolition 

• Demolition - Demolition of any building or structure

• Duplex Conversion - Converting of a single family home into 2 units

• Mobile Home - Relocating a mobile home into the city or within the city including water, sewer, electrical hook-ups etc.

Requirements

• For Mobile Home Application

  • Year of mobile home

  • Location of where mobile home is being moved from

• For Demolition Application

  • Obtain an asbestos report

  • Site plan

• For Duplex Conversion

  • The property must be brought up to current code

  • Pass life safety inspection
