The Winter Overnight Permit allows for overnight and long term parking in a designated area of a parking lot west of Rexburg Rapids from December 15 through March 1 (see map above). To purchase a permit click on button above labeled "Purchase Winter Overnight Permit Here".

*If the lot needs to be plowed the owner of the permit will be contacted via phone call or email.

Purchased permits may be picked up between Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am - Noon at the Rexburg Police Department at 25 East Main Street. We WILL NOT mail out any permits.

Winter Parking Ordinance:
Overnight street parking is prohibited from December 15 through March 1 to allow for efficient snow removal and winter street maintenance. The restriction stands regardless of the weather.
